DS Game Maker is a Windows-based tool (well, frontend for devkitPro) for making games for Nintendo DS. It uses a simple, drag and drop type programming language (though you can also type stuff if you want)
Nothing too exciting's been done with it that I can see, but the potential's there. And DS emulation and flash cards (flash cards can be got for a couple of bucks) are such an easy thing to access that it's probably the easiest way to get something you've made on a console :3
