Lisien version 0.18
This is the first release under the new name.
Rules can now be marked "big," which makes them faster, if they are slow because they make a lot of changes to the world.
There's a lot of interesting behind-the-scenes trickery to make this happen, but the user shouldn't have to care about that. I'll tell all if you ask, though!
