An interesting drawing tool for Windows 3 and Mac. Instead of drawing lines, you place stamps, which keep an independence from each other and the image, so you can always go back to them and resize, change their pattern, and move them about, in a non-destructive way.

The shareware version only lets you place five stamps, and is missing a bunch of backgrounds and the Sailor Moon stuff, but it's on Internet Archive if you wanna play with it: https://archive.org/details/smcfs

I swear the blop sound is the same one in Tux Paint.
