An interesting drawing tool for Windows 3 and Mac. Instead of drawing lines, you place stamps, which keep an independence from each other and the image, so you can always go back to them and resize, change their pattern, and move them about, in a non-destructive way.

The shareware version only lets you place five stamps, but it's on Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/smcfs

I swear the blop sound is the same one in Tux Paint.
