SmileBasic is a piece of software for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U which facilitates writing programs in a BASIC dialect also called SmileBASIC. In Japan it is called Petit Computer 3.
The Wii U version is called SmileBASIC BIG, and its programs are compatabile. And there is an upcoming Switch version
