3D Shooter Maker* (3Dシューティングツクール) is a Japan-only and PlayStation-only member of the 'Tsukuru' series. It is designed to make rail-shooters. English information on it seems pretty scarce.
*Seems to be commonly refered to as '3D Shooting Tsukuru', but I'm going with a naming convention that fits the rest of the series, as it's (fan) translated in English.
