Flax Engine, or Flax, is another GUI-driven game making tool, like Unity, Unreal Engine. and Godot, though it has less features than those. It is free to use and open-source, but if a game with it makes over USD$25,000 in a quarter you have to pay a royalty fee.
It can export to a bunch of different platforms, but there's no Apple support, nor browser.
